Smol Siamese kitten thrown from a car to the street, hearty hooman scoops up the purrecious cute cat and gives him a furever home: 'As I type this he's making biscuits on my head'

The new year has settled in, 2025 is already comfortable and cozy, but it means that last month Christmas was over and done. Christmas brings a time of happiness and joy, dotted with gifts, and these gifts sometimes happen to be animals. Now, we're not particularly against gifting a precious little pet to someone on a happy time such as Christmas, but we definitely do not endorse getting rid of such a gift as if it were any other toy or piece of clothing that doesn't fit. That is just plain cruelty, no matter how tough it suddenly became for a person to become a pawrent.

Last month a humble hooman witnessed with his own eyes a kindle of kittens being thrown to the side of the road from a passing car. Maybe they were a "discarded Christmas gift"? It won't surprise us if this is the case, but our hooman hero of the story didn't have an opportunity to find out, since the car the kittens were thrown out of drove away fast. But this hearty hooman couldn't stay indifferent and took this litter in, found furever homes to all of them but one - who he now shares his home with.

When his sassy kitten, Banks, grew up a little, his hooman turned to the online feline family to inquire about his potential breed - but we all know the online feline family, they did not stay indifferent to this touching rescue story. The reactions expressed everything from sadness about the initially intended fate of the cute kittens, through anger about the person who decided to throw them at the side of the road, to the wholesome gratitude for this hearty hooman who saved Banks and his kitten siblings.   • Just look at this fuzzy smol creature, look how purrecious and absolutely adorable he is - how can any hooman heart allow anyone to throw such a cutie to the side of the street, and when winter is coming in full force? We honestly don't understand. Like, we understand the actions taken, but we cannot understand the reasoning behind them. How can there be any reasonable reasoning behind throwing a litter of kittens to the side of the road and run away?

Fortunately, there are wonderful people like the OP everywhere, too, trying to keep up! This baby is very lucky and adorable. Has all the hallmarks of a meezer. My 3-year-old purebred seal point still bites. Apparently she doesn't mind having her nose bopped. "Owwww" means nothing to her, never has.

    V He's gotten a lot bigger as well as his fur is getting more fuzzy and less " i got electrocuted" his sister that my in- laws have is 3x smaller than him so we're sure he's gonna be a chonkey boi

    gnagurd mine looked almost identical when i found her (around 4 weeks old) this is her toasty lil face now! i think shes just a domestic long hair with pretty mutated genes and not at all siamese lol (even though everyone seems to thinks so)

    Puddiiiing 1d ago Thank you for picking them up. Did you check if they were chipped and if someone's missing them? Wouldn't be the first time family members or neighbours tried to get rid of someone's pets. They are Siamese or at least colour-point kittens. It's suspicious that someone who's heartless enough to just throw these little ones out the window would pass up the chance to make money off them and not put them up for sale.

    Nopushover1 I really surprised that anyone would throw out a pedigree cat that would cost approx £3-500 depending on age/ looks and poss lineage. Ive had about 11 Siamese cats over 50 years often 3 at a time, and love the two i have now although old,still demanding They have really different personalities and intelligence my male is 10 years old and can open microwaves large air fryers And every cupboard in my kitchen so Hes a challenge as hes got older his best friend in the winter is a heatpad

    Beautiful-Buy-5985 He looks like my cat, Simon. I thought he looked Siamese but he's not. Most tell me he could be part ragdoll. He was found on the side of the road and I rescued him.
